In recent years, PanelAlpha has been built primarily around one job: making WordPress hosting easier to offer and easier to use. We’re keeping everything we learned there, but we’re taking the technology much further.
The first major move is already happening: PanelAlpha Engine is going open source soon. What started as the infrastructure layer behind our WordPress platform is being pushed toward a much broader role, with support for different application stacks, AI-built projects, and people who want to run software on their own servers without needing deep infrastructure expertise to make it work.
And that is only the first part of what is changing. Over the next few months, we’ll be rolling out the biggest changes PanelAlpha has ever seen - across the product, the audience we build for, and the way we approach self-hosted application deployment.
