Welcome to PanelAlpha Community Forums.

Together with our Discord server, this is the place for our community to help each other, exchange experiences and in effect make PanelAlpha a perfect WordPress Control Panel :muscle:

The most important rules - SECURITY

  1. Do NOT share or request server access details through Discord! No one from the PanelAlpha Team will ever ask for this info. If someone asks, it’s probably scam — report it! This applies to anyone, whether they’re part of our team, a third party, or a random user.
  2. Do NOT share serious system security threats in public! Instead, please contact us through the contact us form. This way, we can prevent people with bad intentions from exploiting it before we can react and push updates.

Requesting Support

For any support requests, please use Technical Issues category . But before you post, help us help you by doing the following:

  1. Check the documentation: Documentation
  2. Check our Discord: PanelAlpha Community Discord
  3. Look through past issues in Technical Issues category to see if your question is already answered.

General Forum Rules

  1. No spam or ads – Take your promotions elsewhere.
  2. Respect everyone – Jokes are great, but don’t cross the line into rudeness.
  3. Report abuse – If you see something wrong, contact us. We take it seriously.
  4. Be helpful – We’re all here to learn and grow. Help others and the community will thrive. Together, we can make PanelAlpha the best WordPress hosting platform out there!

Feature Requests

We get dozens of feature requests every month. We would love to implement them all but it is physically impossible. In order to get some higher priority of your request, please post it in the Feature Requests category. If it will get attention from the others and there will be more interest, you can be sure that your matter will get prioritized and hopefully released on the next version update :slight_smile:

Pro tip: try to get people engaged. The more you brainstorm the idea, the easier it will be for us to implement.
