Hi

One to add the roadmap, agency accounts - we host and manage WP installs on behalf of agencies, developers etc. It would be great if we could create an account for them that would give them access to all their client’s instances.

Just one for the road map :slight_smile:

Good news is that it’s allready noted on the roadmap (on the High-Priority section)

Yes, we are planning to add better tools for agencies (as customers of web hosting providers but also resellers) and we want to do it in a multiple ways:

  • Let clients change their white label settings and custom URL on certain plans.
  • Add a way for clients to manage users in their account, since we already have sharing features.
  • Show resellers in a separate list in the admin area.
  • In the admin view for client details, show a list of sub-users and their instances.
  • Let users organize their projects into “catalogues”
  • Better filtering of sites in client area
  • Provide an option to “move billing” to another customer (which would also mean changing the owner of the site)
  • Allow customers to create their own templates
  • (maybe) Add direct Stripe integration within PanelAlpha

This is a lot of work and we first have to finish a few other things like PanelAlpha Engine, but we’ll get there :wink:
