(sorry for the late update, Domain Days Dubai and CloudFest USA were super intense for me
)
Our last update brought dozens of improvements and enhancements to the core system and the PanelAlpha Engine itself. We’re now preparing two major updates coming in December and January:
- Resellers Functionality – this feature has been requested by many larger providers who need proper reseller support in PanelAlpha. The good news is that our system is already built for it (whitelabel, sharing access), so the process will be fast. We’ll add more options for customers marked as “resellers” including branding setup, custom email settings, user management, API access, and logs.
- Migration Plugin – we’re already testing the BETA version, and soon we’ll have a fully automated testing environment with top providers (like WP Engine, Kinsta, Cloudways) to ensure it works smoothly for 95%+ of WordPress installations. As mentioned earlier, FTP/SFTP migration hasn’t worked well with large sites or some providers cutting connections. This plugin will fix that and deliver a much smoother experience for end customers.
Once these are done, our top priority will be the Single Server License, a solution for anyone who wants to host WordPress on their own VPS. This will be an exciting option for VPS providers of course but our main goal is to establish PanelAlpha as the ultimate self-hosted panel for WordPress, firmly positioning our product as the number one choice in this space.
