Hi,

I recently came across PanelAlpha and found this project really attractive. However, the pricing seems unaffordable for someone starting a new hosting business.

I discovered this while looking for an alternative to Enhance.com, and yeah, I guess I’m just stopping by to share my impressions.

Thank you for your feedback @Rengga_Putra . I understand your point of view and I agree that if you want to compete on the pricing level, you need to find a more affordable solution.

We are not aiming to build the cheapest product on the market but the one that brings the most value in terms of functionality and user experience.

There are WordPress hosting providers who are charging at least $30/mo for the smallest plan, our solution allows you to compete with them.

I think $1/site at about 100+ is reasonable. In my case, I’ve setup an Enhance cluster and it is a good product. Yes, it is cheaper, too. However, many web/app, db, backup and dns servers need to be managed whereas with PanelAlpha, you can host with WP Cloud and use Cloudflare DNS. That means a ton less work (time is money), especially as you grow. Enhance is also targeting a larger audience by offering more than WordPress hosting. I like the WP focus with Panel Alpha.
